Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers can return goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund. If the item is faulty, the customer won’t need to pay for return shipping. The Online Beauty Courses will cover the return cost for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please take a photo of the item and its packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly
